Dr. Seagle is a plastic surgeon whose principal clinical, teaching and research focus is cleft palate/craniofacial surgery. He is responsible for the surgical management of cleft lip and palate disorders and complex craniofacial disorders in association with Dr. David Pincus in the Department of Neurosurgery, who is performing minimally invasive, endoscopic synostosis surgery. Dr. Seagle is co-principal investigator on an NIDCR funded research project with the University of Säo Paulo, Bauru, Brazil, investigating out comes of palatal surgery. He has taught surgeons in Russia, Colombia and Brazil the surgical techniques currently in use at the University of Florida.
